The armor, proven with our own product. A real Bot Manners enrollment, running on Dillo.
Cotillion is the demo bot for Bot Manners School, 29Court's own product, hosted as a Dillo app like any other. Its rules are not written into this page. They are fetched live from the school every time you ask, and you can correct the bot yourself and watch the new rule appear. Two of its functions run behind the Rules wall, the fourth wall: every function call is checked against the owner's rules before it runs.

Create an account above to see the live rules, file a correction, and press the two demo buttons. The enrollment key stays on the server either way; it is never in this page.
Fetched from Bot Manners School at request time by a Dillo function holding the enrollment key on the server. Nothing on this page is a copy: file a correction below and this text changes.

Corrections are how Bot Manners rules are born. This form files through the app to the school's real corrections endpoint, under the demo enrollment. Keep it kind and keep it demo-safe: the rule you create is public, and it is permanent.
Wall four is the Rules wall: before a function handler runs, the call is checked against the owner's filed rules. A rule in the school's function-rule form names sendAnnouncement on this enrollment, so that call is stopped before its handler runs and the block reports the rule that fired. No rule names postNote, so it executes.
Not tried yet. The wall answers here, with the rule that fired.

The Cotillion MCP server, with get_rules and check_draft tools so any enrolled bot can pull its rules and check a draft against them before speaking, is in build. It is being built now and is not running yet, so this page claims nothing about it beyond that. The rules and corrections above need no MCP: they run on the school's live API today, through this Dillo app.
